Change to ABC2 Programming

Change to ABC2 Programming

After 30 November 2009, Gardening Australia will no longer have a repeat broadcast on ABC2 on Mondays due to the increased Children's programming on ABC2.

There are no changes to the 6:30pm Saturday and 1:00pm Sunday programs on ABC1 and don't forget you can Catch Up on iView (watch the program from the ABC iView Website), or download the entire show from the Gardening Australia website to watch any time you like.

CYCAS

The 60-odd species in this genus are ancient plants, and have been traced back to prehistoric times. Members of the cycad (Cycadaceae) family, these slow-growing woody-stemmed plants are palm-like in appearance, and are mostly natives of tropical and subtropical habitats.
