Plan Your Vegie Patch the Easy Way!

THE VEGIE GUIDE JUST GOT EVEN EASIER TO USE

We've made some changes to the Vegie Guide to make it easier to select your climatic zone and get detailed information on the best times to sow and harvest plants in your vegie garden.

If you haven't had a chance to use the online Vegie Guide, you can try it out at here - The Vegie Guide

And if you want more information about any of the plants suggested for your zone, you can click on the plant name and detailed information is provided, including common pests, tips and proven varieties - all of which you can print off for future reference.

And 'thank you' to everyone who wrote in to tell us how much you're enjoying the Vegie Guide. It's great to hear that it's made growing your own produce even easier.

Gardening Australia Expo - Melbourne Oct 1- 3

THE MELBOURNE EXPO IS ON THIS WEEKEND!

The GA Expo returns to Melbourne, revamped and refreshed with so many new features you'll be spoilt for choice. In the Organic Circle you'll learn how to grow vegies and manage pest and disease problems; in the Potting Shed you'll pick up all sorts of techniques - from propagation to pruning; learn about Backyard Creatures; come to the cooking stage; plus there will be feature garden displays, exhibitors galore, ask it solve it and plenty for the kids to do.

It's on from October 1 - 3 at Caulfield Racecourse, Station Street, Caulfield

So come along and meet Stephen Ryan, Jane Edmanson and John Patrick. The Gardening Australia Expo will inspire, you'll have some fun, and one thing's for sure - your garden will never be the same.
